Manage a small group who create web-database applications for Princeton University departments, and work to develop, support, and document the tools we use for this purpose. DAS addresses the need for professionally developed web-database applications that cannot be implemented by department staff, yet which fall below the enterprise level systems deployed by OIT’s AIS department. - Track DAS work requests to ensure they are fulfilled in a timely manner.

- Responsible for Academic Services' educational outreach.
- Manage a talented group of self-sustaining graduate students and casual hourly employees that provide in-office visits instructing faculty in the use of Blackboard.
- Administer a small set of workshops designed to teach students/faculty the basics of commonly needed new media applications such as Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
- Co-organizer of "Lunch 'n Learn" brown bag lunch series.
- Managed Summer WebStudio 2002 summer seminars, providing a paid six week introductory training session in new media technology for 10 graduate students.

New Media Center Manager June 1994 to June 2000. CIT. Princeton University. - Create and maintain web sites for Academic Services and the ATS PLACE.
- Manage daily operations of the Princeton Laboratory for Advancing Curricular Excellence (the PLACE), a member of the New Media Centers Consortium.
- Responsible for preparing budgets for PLACE and ATS, and for related purchasing and receiving.
